FEATURES

Thin film resistors are mainly used in optical communications, radio frequency microwave millimeter wave communications, and LED current monitoring circuits. The main circuits used are usually: amplifiers, couplers, oscillators, filters, attenuators, etc.
• The parasitic parameters are small, and the operating frequency is as high as 50GHz.
• The resistive film is made of nitriding pole, which is moisture-proof.
• Pure gold electrode on the surface,
suitable for micro-assembly processes such as gold wire and gold ribbon.
• Suitable for conductive adhesive bonding.
• Lead-free, green and environmentally friendly, in line with RoHs standards.
