Conductive polymer tantalum chip capacitor

FEATURES

•With ultra low ESR and low ESL (equivalent series inductance), it can be
used in the filter circuit with higher frequency.
•No burning and explosion, no fire and secondary breakdown effect will
occur when the breakdown happens accidentally and the safety is excellent.
•Using in the low impedance switching power supply circuit, insensitivity to
surge voltage, only need to derate10–20% use, can ensure high security.
Failure rate is lower.
•Low internal resistance, higher ability to resist ripple, the heat generated during
filtering and high-power discharge is greatly reduced, the filtering effect is better,
and the discharge pulse shape is easier to meet the technical requirements.
•Reliability is an order of magnitude higher than that of chip tantalum capacitor
with MnO2 as cathode.
•Can use it in the high ripple filter circuit and large power high frequency discharge
circuit without substantial derating.
•Executive standard: QJ/PWV517-2013.
