High reliability niobium oxide chip capacitor

FEATURES

•The product anode uses niobium oxide as anode substrate, which is insensitive
to DC surge of switching power supply circuit.
•It has strong anti-dc surge ability, no combustion explosion, reliability is one
order of magnitude higher than tantalum capacitor, close to the grade of
ampere capacitor, it can meet the high security requirement
of high reliable power supply circuit.
•It has excellent anti-dc surge ability and higher anti-ac ripple
ability, suitable for circuits with high ripple AC signal and large DC surge current.
•When a low-impedance switching power supply circuit is used, a user
doesn't need to apply more derating voltage compared to tantalum capacitors,
which only needs to be derated by 10% to meet the requirements of high reliability
and safety. Accidental breakdown requires a very large current and presents
a resistance mode of more than 1K, without causing continuous breakdown.  
When used in switching power supply circuits with high surge voltage and current,
10V products can be used safely instead of tantalum capacitors below 25V because there
is almost no need for derating.
•The size and capacity series are the same as the chip tantalum capacitors. They can
be used as filter and energy storage in the primary and secondary power supply circuits
instead of the chip tantalum capacitors and ceramic capacitor with a working voltage less
than or equal to 10V, with perfect security.
•Implementation standard: QJ/XY122-2019.
